Recent changes in USPAP allow us to provide our bank clients with a wide variety of appraisal reports, from minimal scope restricted use appraisal reports to more traditional URAR FIRREA compliant summary reports.

Restricted use appraisal fees can be as low as $100, with a two hour turn time. If you are not yet familiar with this product, you need to be. RU reports (restricted use) are USPAP compliant reports that many of our bank clients use for lower risk lending situations that save them time and money, displace BPOs or AVMs and provides a higher level of confidence for your lending decision.
